I'll always remember Al's friendly and reassuring smile as he walked to the waiting room at sick kids A&E and called Lewis's name, immediately I knew we were in good hands (although Al had to facebook stalk me to jog his memory on how he knew me, sorry Al, Fiona told me, even though you told her not to - too many guiders to remember us all!)
