I first met al back in 2010 when i joined the ED as a trainee nurse practitioner. He was always so helpful, fun and willing to help with all my ridiculous questions. I later worked on many events as part of the GSI team, which was always great fun.

I last seen Al in october 2020, randomly on holy island where i was visiting with my husband and he was there with sara and the boys. We had a wee chat and had to rush away as wanted to drive back over before we got stranded on the island. 

Im really going To miss Al, but feel very privaliged to have known him. Thoughts are with sara, their boys and all the family. So sorry for your loss.
