I am still reeling over the shock of such sad news. Alistair was an honour to teach. So polite, kind, always smiling and was a very talented musician. It was my pleasure to teach a beautiful piece of Scottish music he wrote for our school choir and orchestra which we performed at one of our school concerts.

Sending my love and best wishes to all the family. You will be sorely missed by so many.
